Orders, messages and reports that run on their own
We have spent more than seven years building websites and stores where orders, messages and reports have to arrive on time. Part of that experience comes from coordinating publishing and quality control across more than 30 sites in the international financial sector, where nothing goes live without being reviewed first. Automations get that same level of care.
Before quoting, we review what repeats today: messages, orders, quotes or reports. We then prepare a proposal listing the flows, tools and accounts, along with the cost and schedule. If something new comes up during the project, we explain what it changes and what it costs before doing the work.
n8n workflows
We design the process to fit your case. It can run on your own server, with no per-task rent, or on n8n Cloud. That decision is made before we quote.
WhatsApp bots
Automatic replies, quotes and order follow-up by message. Meta must approve the account and the API charges per conversation; that cost belongs to the provider, not to us.
Zapier integrations
We connect CRM, spreadsheets, email and storefront without custom code. Zapier charges a subscription by task volume; that account stays in your company’s name.
The accounts stay in your name
WhatsApp Business, Zapier and n8n Cloud are registered to your company. DevStoreMX only uses the permissions required to build and test the flows. If you ever choose to run them with another provider, the accounts and data are still yours.
Automations depend on third-party APIs. If a provider changes its API, the adjustment is quoted separately with cost and time before we do the work.

Which processes can be automated?

It depends on the case. We define it in the proposal: n8n for custom flows on your own server, WhatsApp for messaging-based support and sales, Zapier to connect SaaS apps quickly.
Are there recurring third-party costs?
Yes, and they are disclosed before we quote: WhatsApp Business charges per conversation, Zapier by task volume and n8n Cloud by executions. Those accounts stay in your company's name.
What happens if an automation fails or an API changes?
The proposal states what monitoring is included. If an external provider changes its API, the adjustment is quoted separately with cost and time before we do the work.
