Frequently asked questions
How do you calculate a project's cost?
Cost depends on scope, the number of pages or templates, functionality, integrations, available content and the target date. Before work begins, we provide a proposal that states what is included and excluded.
How long does a website or Shopify store take?
The schedule is defined after reviewing the scope and content availability. Dates are agreed in writing and include review stages before publication.
Will I own the domain, hosting and accounts?
Yes. The domain, hosting, Shopify and primary accounts remain under the client's control. We only request the permissions needed to complete the work.
Can I review progress before publication?
Yes. We divide the project into reviewable stages, address feedback and publish only after approval.
What do I need to provide before work begins?
We normally need goals, content, brand assets, existing access and one person responsible for approvals. The exact list is confirmed in each proposal.
Do you work with existing websites?
Yes. We can review, redesign or maintain an existing website. If a focused correction solves the problem, we explain that before proposing a larger project.
Do you provide support after launch?
We can agree on maintenance, updates and periodic checks as a separate service. Its scope and frequency are documented in writing.
Do you work outside Mexico?
Yes. We are a remote agency serving clients in English and Spanish across Latin America, the United States, Canada and Europe.
